Today we had the opportunity to visit Autodesk. We started the day at the newly established Autodesk Gallery at Number One Market Street San Francisco. The gallery is dedicated to showing examples of projects undertaken with Autodesk products and covered the areas of mechanical design, architecture, animation and 3D modeling to name just a few.
We then toured the Autodesk Maker Space located in Pier 9. This place would make a dream garage. It has every possible piece of technology and equipment which would allow you to make just about anything.
A big thank you to Autodesk for the exceptional presentation and the time they took to show us around their fantastic facility.
Tomorrow gets STEMserious with a visit Stanford University and Google before we catch a plane to Seattle.
