What do engineers and STEM teachers do after they have retired from their professions? They become a Silverback Racing STEM Education Mentor™.

Silverback Racing STEM Education Mentor was established by Re-Engineering Australia Foundation to ensure that decades of invaluable intellect is not lost on future generations.

Mentors engage with high school teachers and students who are participating in our various STEM programs. Boys, in particular, are influenced by having role models and this program supports the development of positive role models in society.

Not only is it an opportunity for mentors to establish a legacy, they thrill in being able to share in the accomplishments of their teams (it is not uncommon to see Mentors accompanying Team Australia to each World Finals).
